L Bar Nevada, LLC - About Us

We are a small, family owned company based in Sparks, NV. The name L Bar Nevada heralds back to the turn of the century brand of the Lambdin family of the Nine Mile Ranch in southeastern Washington. The brand was affixed to livestock on the left shank.

Relying on their knowledge of the land, the Lambdin family came to own thousands of acres of open range in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, California, and Nevada. Today much of that land is in the hands of individual land owners.

From small-time ranchers to those just looking for a little breathing room between neighbors, these folks came to own their land by way of a family history rich in the knowledge of the therapuetic power of owning a bit more than the postage stamp of a lot most call home.

There is nothing quite like watching your own livestock graze, or listening to the wind rustle the grass and the brush on your own "back forty".
