Our Trout Creek project is located in the foothills of the Shoshone Range about 30 minutes south of Battle Mountain, Nevada. Each lot has a spectacular view of the Reese River Valley.

This area has some of the cleanest air in the continental United States. Imagine sitting out on your porch with the smell of Juniper and Sage in the cooling evening air under a blanket of stars like you have never seen before.
